NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Carthage will accept sealed bids until Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 10 a.m. at City Hall, 812 W. Panola, Carthage 75633 for Janitorial Services. City properties included in the contract are the Community House, 200 Community Drive; Texas Country Music Hall of Fame, 310 W. Panola; Inspection Offices, 1702 S. Adams; City Hall, 812 W Panola; Police Department, 453 W Sabine; Fire Department, 321 W Panola; Street Dept Warehouse, 1203 Hill Lake Dr; Water Warehouse 1243 Hill Lake Dr; Water Plant 1300 S Adams; and Sewer Plant, 839 CR 401.
