PUBLIC NOTICE OF RFP Elysian Fields Independent School District will accept request for proposals until: 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 12, 2026 PROCUREMENT OF CLASSROOM/OFFICE FURNITURE Elysian Fields Independent School District (EFISD) is accepting requests for proposals from qualified individuals or firms to sell and deliver classroom furniture to Elysian Fields ISD Elementary on or about July 20, 2026, at 2160 FM 451, Waskom, TX 75692. Proposals are due at 10:00 A.M. Central Time, Monday, January 12, 2026 and will be opened in the Elysian Fields ISD Central Administration Board Room, 2099 FM 451, Waskom, TX 75692. Proposals must conform to the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal packets, except as otherwise noted in such packets. Request for Proposal packets may be obtained from our school website, https://www.efisd.net/328501_2, or by contacting Mr. Chad Ellis, Project Manager, Elysian Fields ISD, telephone 903-633-1500, or via an email request to chad.ellis@efisd.org. Late proposals will not be considered. Bids may be awarded to multiple respondents. Factors which must be considered by the Committee in making the award of bids include price, product specifications, on-site delivery, warranty, and customer support – additional criteria may be considered. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to make final decisions as to the recommendation by the Purchasing Committee.
