NOTICE TO BIDDERS / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Kilgore Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the development of Remington Phase IV a residential subdivision in Kilgore, Texas. Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM CST on November 12, 2026, at Kilgore City Hall, located at 815 N. Kilgore St , Kilgore, TX 75662. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
