ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the FRITZ SWANSON CULVERT REPLACEMENT (ST25-03) will be received, by the City of Kilgore, at Kilgore City Hall, 815 N. Kilgore St. Kilgore, TX 75662, until 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers of Kilgore City Hall. The FRITZ SWANSON CULVERT REPLACEMENT (ST25-03) project consists of the following: removing existing culvert and replacing with 42 feet of 48-inch RCP with headwalls and associated pavement repair in the 1900 block of Fritz Swanson in Kilgore, Texas. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Kilgore, 815 N. Kilgore St. Kilgore, TX 75662. Bidding Documents may be downloaded online without charge from the www.civcastusa.com. Notification of any revisions to the bid documents will be issued through the website. The Bidder is responsible for periodically checking the website for revisions. Printed copies will not be made available. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder’s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance, complying with the Contract Agreement. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening.
