ADMINISTRATION SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS City of Kilgore The City of Kilgore is planning to submit an application to the Economic Development Administration (EDA) through the U.S. Department of Commerce Federal Funding Opportunity for The FY 2025 Disaster Supplemental (EDA-Disaster-2025) program(s) and is soliciting proposals to provide project delivery services for the EDA-Disaster-2025 eligible projects.
