The said petition, filed on the 14th day of October, 2026, discloses that the nature of said suit is as follows: This suit is brought to have a receiver appointed under the provisions of Section 64.093 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code for undivided mineral interests owned by the Defendants in the following described lands in Gregg County, Texas, to-wit: Being 80.00 acres, more or less, in the John Lout Survey, Gregg County, Texas, and being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed from Silas Pitman, et ux, to John Jackson, dated May 16, 1932 and recorded in Book 173, Page 145, in the Deed Records of Gregg County, Texas and to ratify pooling for the non-participating royalty interests of the Defendants in favor of the Plaintiff, and take such other action deemed necessary under the provisions of said statute.
