Advertisement for Bids: Henderson ISD NSLP Child Nutrition Program RFP-1 HS Serving Line & RFP-2 Ovens at 4 campuses Notice is hereby given Henderson ISD will receive the following: April 13, 2026, 2:00 p.m. HISD NSLP CNP RFP-1 HS Serving Line April 13, 2026, 2:00 p.m. HISD NSLP CNP RFP-2 Ovens at 4 campuses Bid/proposals will be accepted until the date and time specified above and will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 13, 2026. RFP-1 at 3:00 p.m. and RFP-2 at 3:30 p.m. in the Executive Board Room, 300 Crosby Dr Henderson, Tx 75652. All bid documents must be received in person or via postal delivery by 2:00 p.m. No electronic submissions. Any late proposals will be marked “no response.” Please find bid related documents at www.hendersonisd.org/page/child-nutrition RFP-1: This proposal is for modification of existing serving lines at Henderson High School, including extensive field welding, demo of existing counters, rewiring of electrical, and installation of new equipment. RFP-2 Delivery, installation and removal of any existing equipment RFPs will be awarded separately based on the following evaluation criteria: Price of product (40%), quality of product (20%), suitability of product for district purpose (20%), delivery and installation timeline (15%), and vendor references (5%). All vendors will be notified of the contract award on April 16, 2026. Payment will be district purchase order – invoices will be paid after submission upon approval of CFO.
