ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Rusk County Emergency Services District No. 1 (RCESD #1) is requesting bid proposals for a new fire station to be located in the Lake Striker area of Rusk County Texas. Project Description: Three bay fire station to include, but not limited to, office areas, kitchen area, bathrooms with walk in shower, storage area, paving, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, necessary dirt work, flooring, cabinets, fixtures as needed, etc. Approximately 7050 SF under roof & 12,460 SF concrete including driveways. All General Contractors will be required to provide proof of insurance (current Certificate of Insurance with at least $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage) and bonding. All General Contractors will be fully responsible for all insurance requirements for sub-contractors and the enforcement of said insurance. All sealed bid proposals must be mailed to Rusk County ESD #1, P.O. Box 1911, Henderson, Texas 75653 and received by December 16, 2025. NO bids will be accepted via email.
