THE STATE OF TEXAS To: Jemima Keren Tezcucano Greetings: TO: JEMIMA KEREN TEZCUCANO Greetings, NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you.” In addition to filing a written answer with the Clerk, you may be required to make initial disclosures to the other party of this suit. You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Original Petition at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being MAY 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. before the Honorable Vincent Dulweber, County Court at Law No. 2 of Gregg County, at the Courthouse in said County in Longview, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s Original Petition was filed in said court on the 19th day of March 2026, in the above-entitled cause The names of the parties in said suite are LENNY JAY THOMAS, Plaintiff vs. JONATHAN AARON MORALES and JEMIMA KEREN TEZCUCANO, Defendants. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, INJURY/DAMAGE-MOTOR VEHICLE. At approximately 3:36 p.m. on March 24, 2024, Plaintiff was traveling in a 2024 Honda Civic, westbound on Woodlawn Street, approaching the intersection with Broadway Boulevard, in Kilgore, Texas. Defendant, JONATHAN AARON MORALES, was operating a 2008 Honda Accord owned and/or leased by Defendant, JEMIMA KEREN TEZCUCANO, northbound on Broadway Boulevard, approaching a stop sign located at the intersection with Woodlawn Street, in Kilgore, Texas. As Plaintiff was traveling through the intersection, suddenly and without warning, Defendant, JONATHAN AARON MORALES, after having initially stopped at the stop sign located at the intersection, failed to yield the right-of-way to Plaintiff’s vehicle, totally disregarded the stop sign located at the intersection, and entered the intersection and into Plaintiff’s path, colliding with Plaintiff’s vehicle and subjecting Plaintiff to tremendous force.
