Skillern Survey, in the town of Greggton, Gregg County, Texas, being more particularly described in a Warranty Deed dated August 15, 1953, executed by Ruby Garrison, Ella Freemajn, Josie Howard, Hilton Howard and Otto Adams, to The Pine Tree Independent School District, filed for record on August 19, 1953, in Volume 415, Page 495, Deed Records, Gregg County, Texas. SAVE AND EXCEPT portions of the herein described property conveyed for road purposes. Parcel #2: (309 W BERKLEY ST LONGVIEW, TX 75604) All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land being a 3.54 acre tract, more or less, in the I. C. Skillern Survey, Gregg County, Texas, and being more particularly described as Tract No. 1 in a Warranty Deed dated September 12, 1953, executed by A. R. Sweeney and wife, Madelyn Sweeney, to Pine Tree Independent School District, filed for record on September 25, 1953, in Volume 418, Page 98, Deed Records, Gregg County, Texas. Parcel #3: (501 PINE TREE RD LONGVIEW, TX 75604) All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land being 3.96 acres, more or less, situated in the I. C. Skillern Headright Survey, Gregg County, Texas, and being more particularly described as Tract No. 2 in a Warranty Deed executed by A. R. Sweeney and wife, Madelyn Sweeney, to Pine Tree Independent School District, recorded in Volume 418, Page 98, Deed Records, Gregg County, Texas. (Combined, the “Property”). Anyone interested in inspecting/ touring the Property must attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and Property Tour scheduled for 10:00 A.M. CST, Wednesday, March 4 th at the Property. The Property is being sold “as is and where is, with any and all latent and patent defects and faults.” There is no warranty of any kind by the District, including that the Property is fit for a particular purpose.
