Bids will be opened at the Marshall ISD Administration Building on the opening date at designated time. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids may be awarded to multiple respondents. Factors which must be considered by the ISD in making the award of bids include price, proposed services, installation timing, previous experience, references, and qualifications. The Board of Directors reserves the right to make final decisions as to the recommendation by the MISD Child Nutrition Department.
