Methvin St., Suite 205, Longview, TX 75601, or via the Gregg County Bonfire Portal at https://cogreggtx.bonfirehub.com/, on Wednesday, March 17, 2026, by 2:00 PM CST, for RFQ No. 2026-08 – Professional Design Services to Construct a New Agriculture Extension Office Facility. Late submittals will not be accepted. The RFQ packet will be available Wednesday, February 25, 2026, on the Gregg County Bonfire Portal or by calling the Purchasing Department at (903) 237-2685. Respondents must be registered on https://cogreggtx.bonfirehub.com/ to utilize the portal; registration is free. Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFQs, in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of the County. Payment will be made after services are received in accordance with the award. Respondents should provide pricing as unit costs and may offer lump sum discounts where applicable.
