You are commanded to appear at the hearing before the undersigned Special Commissioners, each of whom were appointed by the Judge of the County Court at Law of Harrison County, Texas, in the lawsuit numbered and styled, respectively, as follows: Cause No. 2026-12004-CCL; BTA ETG GATHERING LLC v. RUFUS BONNER, et al. The Special Commissioners’ Hearing will be held on October 13, 2026 at 3:00PM, at Law Office of Scheef & Stone, 113 East Austin St., Marshall, Texas 75670, which is the earliest practicable date following the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of this notice, in compliance with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the Texas Property Code. At the hearing, the Special Commissioners will meet and proceed to hear evidence from all parties present in order to determine the value of and assess the damages, if any, caused by the condemnation of certain property interests described in Plaintiff’s Original Statement and Petition for Condemnation filed with the Clerk of Harrison County on July 27, 2026, or any subsequent amended or supplemental petition filed by Plaintiff. You may appear and present evidence at the hearing. If you desire to appear before the date of the hearing, you may do so by filing a notice of appearance in the above-styled and numbered lawsuit. Plaintiff seeks to acquire property interests, including easements, for the construction of a pipeline and appurtenant facilities in, over, through, across, under, and along the above-described property by exercising its power of Eminent Domain.
