The Special Commissioners’ Hearing will be held on October 20, 2026 at 9:00AM, at Law Office of Scheef &Stone, 113 East Austin St., Marshall, Texas 75670, which is the earliest practicable date following the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of this notice, in compliance with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the Texas Property Code. Plaintiff seeks to acquire property interests, including easements, for the construction of a pipeline and appurtenant facilities in, over, through, across, under, and along the above-described property by exercising its power of Eminent Domain.
