The Petition, filed on the 6th day of August, 2025, discloses that the nature of said suit is as follows: This suit is brought to have a receiver appointed under the provisions of Section 64.091 of the TEXAS CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE for undivided mineral interests owned by the Defendants in the following described lands in Harrison County, Texas, to-wit: Being 70 acres of land, more or less, located in the S.G. Alexander Survey, A-56, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land described in the Deed from Austin Lott et ux to Molburn Hill, dated January 29, 1877, recorded in Volume 8, Page 466, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas; save and except (i) the northwest 11 acres of the 70 acres conveyed by Tom McCool, Sheriff of Harrison County to Bradley J. Williams, dated March 23, 2020, recorded at 2020-3653, Official Public Records of Harrison County, Texas, and (ii) 10 5/6 acres of the 70 acres conveyed by Brandon J. Fletcher, Sheriff of Harrison County to Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation, dated March 20, 2024, recorded at 2024-3340, leaving 48 1/6 acres, more or less. and to execute Oil, Gas and Mineral Leases thereof to the Plaintiff, and take such other action deemed necessary under the provisions of said statute. If this Citation is not served within ninety (90) days after date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
