The Application for Appointment of Receiver for Mineral Interest, filed on the 11th day of May, 2026 in the 71st Judicial District Court, discloses that the nature of said suit is as follows: This suit is brought to have a Receiver appointed under the provisions of 64.091 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code for an undivided mineral interest owned by Defendant as set forth in Application for Appointment of Receiver for Mineral Interest, in the following described tract of land located in the M.S. Ussery Survey, A-722, Harrison County, Texas, to wit: 75.00 acres, more or less. located in the M. S. Ussery Survey, A-722, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land described in that Warranty Deed from Henry Jones and Arthur Jones, Grantor to Ocie Frazier, Grantee, dated December 31, 1920, and recorded in Volume 119, Page 93 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas, and being the same tract of land described as 75.00 acres, as referenced as Tract No. 4. in that certain Designation of Pooled Unit (Penn Virginia Company’s EOG Gas Unit) dated effective July 24, 2004, recorded in Volume 2903, page 142 of the Official Records, Harrison County, Texas. And for said Receiver to execute an Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease thereon to the Plaintiff covering all interest of Defendant in and to the land described above, and take such other action deemed necessary under the provisions of said statute.
