Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed in said court on the 17TH day of DECEMBER, 2025 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, INJURY/DAMAGE-MOTOR VEHICLE. At approximately 5:50 p.m. on January 1, 2025, Plaintiff was traveling in a 2018 Ford Ecosport, northbound on State Highway 43, approaching a private drive, in Harrison County, Texas. Defendant, YERZHAN SHYNYBEKOV, was operating a 2022 Ram 3500 pickup truck owned and/or leased by Defendants, FLEETMOVE SOLUTIONS LLC, KYIALBEK ZHENISHBEK UULU and/or KYIAL MMA INC., and towing a 2022 trailer owned and/or leased by Defendants, FLEETMOVE SOLUTIONS LLC, KYIALBEK ZHENISHBEK UULU and/or KYIAL MMA INC., while in the course and scope of employment with Defendants, FLEETMOVE SOLUTIONS LLC, KYIALBEK ZHENISHBEK UULU and/or KYIAL MMA INC., traveling on State Highway 43, following behind Plaintiff, in Harrison County, Texas. As Plaintiff proceeded to turn right (eastbound) into the private drive, suddenly and without warning, Defendant YERZHAN SHYNYBEKOV, failed to control the speed of his vehicle, steered to the right, off the roadway, and struck Plaintiff’s vehicle with Defendant YERZHAN SHYNYBEKOV’S trailer, subjecting Plaintiff to tremendous force.
