Fletcher, Sheriff, to Charles Allen, recorded in Instrument No. 2025-3344, Official Public Records of Harrison County, Texas, and being the same parcel of land described as 265.0 acres described in the Deed dated January 2, 1872 from Virginia A E Forston et vir F M Forston to Bolen Moore, filed Volume 1, Page 400, Deed Records, Harrison County, Texas; SAVE & EXCEPT prior conveyances of 50.0 acres to J.D. Rudd (Vol. 19, p. 381), 52.0 acres to Richard Moore (Vol. 20, p. 110), and 50.0 acres to Phillip Moore (Vol. 20, p. 179), leaving herein 113.68 acres, more or less, as further described by metes and bounds in Volume 373, Page 111, Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas.
