A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, QUIET TITLE OF PROPERTY. The suit concerns three tracts of land situated in the Alexander Allbright Survey, A-24, Harrison County, Texas. Tract 6, containing 7.2 acres, more particularly described by metes and bounds in the field notes of Blackaller Engineering, Job No. 122122H, dated January 10, 2022 attached as Exhibit A in the Original Petition. Tract 7, containing 7.2 acres, more particularly described by metes and bounds in the field notes of Blackaller Engineering Job No. 122122H, dated January 10, 2022 attached as Exhibit A in the Original Petition. Tract 4, containing approximately 0.5 acre and known within the family as the “home place”, more particularly described by metes and bounds in the field notes of Daugherty & Hart, surveyed October 1971 attached as Exhibit B in the Original Petition.
