Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed in said court on the 4TH day of NOVEMBER, 2025 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, INJURY/ DAMAGE-MOTOR VEHICLE. At approximately 5:32 p.m. on November 9, 2023, Plaintiff was traveling as a passenger in a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado C2500 pickup truck, eastbound on Farm-to-Market Road 968, approaching the intersection with a private drive, in Harrison County, Texas. Defendant, TEDDY ALLEN TUTOR, was operating a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, on the private drive, facing north, at the intersection with Farm-to- Market Road 968, in Harrison County, Texas. As the vehicle in which Plaintiff was traveling neared the private drive, suddenly and without warning, Defendant, TEDDY ALLEN TUTOR, failed to yield the right-of-way to the vehicle in which Plaintiff was traveling, exited the private drive and entered onto Farm-to-Market Road 968, colliding with the vehicle in which Plaintiff was traveling, subjecting Plaintiff to tremendous force.
