Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 25, 2026 in the Administration Building Boardroom at Lindale I.S.D., 505 Pierce Street, Lindale, Texas 75771, Attn: Stan Surratt, Superintendent and clearly marked: 2026 Re-Roofing SELECTION CRITERIA: In accordance with Texas Education Code as amended, Lindale Independent School District shall evaluate all proposals based on the following weighted selection criteria: 1. The purchase price 30% 2. The reputation of the vendor and of the vendor’s goods or services 20% 3. The quality of the vendor’s goods or services 20% 4. The vendor’s past relationship with the district and/or design team 10% 5. Specific experience in public schools of the scope of the proposed project 10% 6. Proximity of Proposer’s home office to Lindale ISD 10% Lindale I.S.D. will select the offeror that offers the best value for the District based on the above-published selection criteria and on its ranking evaluation. In determining best value for the District, the District is not restricted to considering price alone but may consider any other factor stated in the selection criteria. Lindale I.S.D. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals.
