All interested persons may attend. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify any bid or proposal, waive all formalities, and to award the bid most advantageous to the City. In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
