BCBSTX will accept online applications for participation in any of the following networks available in your service area: Blue Advantage HMO and Blue Advantage Plus HMO, Blue Choice PPO, Blue Essentials, Blue Premier and Blue Premier Access, *Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (HMO) and Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Dual Care (HMO SNP), MyBlue Health, *Medicaid (STAR) CHIP, STAR Kids, and *Star Plus Networks for the period of January 20, 2026-February 8, 2026. Any physician or provider can complete an application to participate in the network by going to https://www.bcbstx.com/provider/network/network/how-to-join. Applicants must meet all credentialing and other participatory criteria. A response will be provided within 90-days of receipt of a complete application.
