The Tyler Independent School District will be accepting proposals for the purchase of the property located at 730 S. Chilton Avenue until 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2026, at the Tyler ISD Administration Building, 1319 Earl Campbell Parkway, Tyler, TX, 75701. Any proposals submitted after that time will not be considered. Property information is available via email to pam.king@tylerisd.org. Tours are to be scheduled through the Tyler ISD Facility Services Department (903)262-1054. Tyler ISD reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Proposals.
