REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sealed proposals addressed to the City of Tyler, Texas, will be received in the Purchasing Office, 304 North Border, Tyler, Texas 75702, Attention: Purchasing Manager, until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, and will be opened immediately afterward in the City Council Chambers, 212 North Border, City Hall, 2nd Floor. Any bids received after the above-stated time will be returned unopened. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any bid or proposal, waive all formalities, and to award the bid most advantageous to the City. Sealed proposals are for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for the construction of the following improvement for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 26-027 Project Name: Tyler Pounds Regional Airport Terminal Elevator Rehabilitation Project The project includes all necessary Work and materials required for the demolition, repair, reconfiguration, revision, and modernization of elevator mechanical systems and components at the Commercial Terminal of the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport, Tyler, Texas. RFQ documents are available on CIVCAST No pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for this project. Questions concerning this project and proposal shall be submitted on CIVCAST. The Proposal package must consist of the following items: 1. Acknowledgment of all Addenda 2. Proposal/Qualifications 3. Proposal/Bid Bond All Bidders and Proposers shall comply with the provisions of Buy American Preference.
