REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #26-07 Submittal Deadline: April 2, 2026 – 2:00 p.m. Project Description: TJC is accepting Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal for selection of a vendor to provide accident insurance for students in certain groups and athletics. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must follow the format shown in the “Request for Proposal”. Documents received after the deadline indicated herein will not be considered. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any informality. The College will not accept Proposals that are delivered by telephone, facsimile (fax), or electronic mail (e-mail). Properly received submittals WILL NOT be returned to Respondents. Selected vendor will be required to submit Form 1295 through the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC). Sealed proposals, addressed to TJC, will be received in the Offices of Campus & Procurement Services at 1327 South Baxter Avenue, Tyler, Texas 75701, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 2, 2026.
