REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ #26-11 Environmental & Geotechnical Services For Various Projects of Limited Scope Submittal Deadline: July 14, 2026 2:00 p.m. Project Description: TJC is accepting Request for Qualification proposals for selection of a professional to provide Environmental & Geotechnical Services under an IDIQ contract for various projects on the campus of Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must follow the format shown in the “Request for Qualification”. Documents received after the deadline indicated herein will not be considered. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any informality. The College will not accept Proposals that are delivered by telephone, facsimile (fax), or electronic mail (e-mail).
