Sealed qualifications will be received by the County Purchasing Agent, Jaye Latch at the Purchasing Department, at 200 E. Ferguson, Suite #414, Tyler, TX 75702 on March 25, 2026 by 2:00 PM for RFQ 26-25 Professional Architectural Services for Smith County. Late qualifications will not be accepted. Specifications are available on the Smith County’s website: www.smith-county.com under the Purchasing Department, by email at purchasing@smith-county.com, by calling (903) 590-4720 or posted on publicpurchase.com. Qualifications will be opened in the Purchasing Office for award by the Commissioners’ Court. The Payment will be made after items have been received in accordance with award. Vendors may bid unit costs but may offer lump sum discounts. Smith County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any Proposal received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County.
