NOTICE TO BIDDERS - LONGVIEW ISD NATAORIUM PROJECT REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS: CDI Contractors, LLC is requesting Bids from qualified trade partners, vendors, and subcontractors for the Longview ISD Natatorium project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The aquatic center is a new Natatorium Facility. The Facility contains an indoor 25m competition pool, and a shallow water pool for community access. The Pool areas utilize a Pre-Engineered system that allows the facility to utilize an operable roof over the pools. The remaining space in the facility is dedicated to locker rooms, multi-purpose space, offices, and spectator seating. Bid & Proposal Documents can be viewed and/or downloaded electronically online via Building Connected. Please email taylor.locke@cdicon.com to receive an invite link to the Building Connected project website. In your email subject line, include: “LISD Natatorium BC Invite, [Company Name],  [Bidder Scope(s) of Work]”. In email body, include: “Names, emails, & phone numbers of company employees that will be working on the bid so they can be added to the project in Building Connected.” BIDS DUE DATE: Bids will be received no later than 3:00PM on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. Proposals must be submitted in sufficient time to be reviewed. PRE-BID SITE WALK-MEETING: A pre-bid walk meeting will be held at Longview High School located at 201 E Tomlinson PKWY, Longview, Texas 75605 at 1:00 PM on 10/21/2025. Please enter through main gate off of Airline Road, stop at guard shack, and meet at parking lot near the Guardshack and Airline Road. We will walk from there to the Natatorium site. All interested parties are invited to attend the site walk.
