TO: TRINITY WILLIS You are commanded to appear and answer the plaintiff’s petition at or before 10:00 a.m., of the first Monday after expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation by Publication, the same being Monday, on this the 10TH day of November, 2025, at or before 10:00 a.m., before the honorable 124th Judicial District Court of Gregg County, at the courthouse in Longview, Texas.  Said Plaintiff’s petition was filed on the 29th day of July 2025; The nature of said suit being substantially as follows, to wit:  Cause No. Kaylon Garrett-Williams v. Trinity Willis; In the 124th Judicial District Court of Gregg County, Texas Plaintiff is Kaylon Garrett-Williams ; Defendant is Trinity Willis.  This lawsuit results from an automobile collision that occurred on August 3, 2023.  Defendant Trinity Willis was driving north on High Street near the intersection of Hwy 80 in Longview, Texas and failed to control his/her speed and violently rear-ended Plaintiff, Kaylon Garrett Williams.  As a result of the collision, Plaintiff suffered severe bodily injuries.   You have been sued.
