TGNR EAST TEXAS II LLC, Petitioner, filed suit in said Court on the 22nd day of May, 2026, against BEATRICE WILEY JOHNSON, DECEASED, DOROTHY JEAN ROBERSON CARR, DECEASED, WILLIE RAY ROBERSON, DECEASED, AND ROSEMARY ROBERSON CARR AND THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, Defendants, and said suit being numbered 26-0399 on the docket of said Court, and styled, TGNR EAST TEXAS II LLC vs. BEATRICE WILEY JOHNSON, DECEASED, DOROTHY JEAN ROBERSON CARR, DECEASED, WILLIE RAY ROBERSON, DECEASED, AND ROSEMARY ROBERSON CARR AND THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Plaintiff is seeking Appointment of a Receiver to execute oil, gas and mineral lease, assignment, memorandum of oil and gas lease or other necessary documents relating to the undivided mineral and leasehold interest for the following tracts of land: 20.124 acres of land, more or less, a part of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, and the Patrick Dougherty Survey, A-5, Harrison County, Texas, being comprised of the following two (2) tracts: TRACT ONE: Being 2.516 acres of land, more or less, being a part of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, and the Patrick Dougherty Survey, A-5, Harrison County, Texas, and being more particularly described as the tract set aside to Albert Johnson in that certain Partition Deed dated November 15, 1991, recorded in Volume 1296, Page 431 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas, by and between Joe Stephens and Albert Johnson. TRACT TWO: Being 17.608 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum, A-3, and the Patrick Dougherty Survey, A-5, Harrison County, Texas, and being more fully described as the 17.608 acres of land set aside to Joe E. Stephens in that certain Partition Deed dated November 15, 1991, recorded in Volume 1296, Page 431 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, by and between Albert Johnson and Joe E. Stephens. The tracts described hereinabove comprise a total of 20.124 acres of land, more or less. Petitioner is represented by J. DON WESTBROOK, P.O. BOX 2665, LONGVIEW, TEXAS, 75606. If this Citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs.
