A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: This suit is a petition for the appointment of a Receiver to execute an oil, gas and mineral lease(s) covering Defendants’ unleased undivided mineral interests. The mineral interests owned by the Defendants are in and under the following tract of land: BRUCE GAS UNIT TRACT 15b: 1.00 acres of land being a part of a 24.44 acre tract, located in the E. Carroll Survey, A-135, Harrison County, Texas; being more particularly described in that certain Partition Deed as Block No. 3, dated March 8, 1939, recorded in Volume 235, Page 602, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT 28: 22.843 acres of land more or less, a part of the Elizabeth Carroll Survey, A-135, and the David Earle Survey, A-235, Harrison County, Texas and being the same land described in that Warranty Deed dated December 6, 1969 from Annie Hobart Frazier to Elizabeth W. Mahon, and recorded in Volume 678, Page 278 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. BOBCAT 1 GAS UNIT TRACT 24a: 0.10 acres out of a 171.00 acre tract, more or less, and being a part of the William Mcilvain Survey, A-13, and the William Patton Survey, A-18, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Guardian’s Deed dated November 10, 1977, from Myrtle Felker, Guardian of the Estate of Leila Buchanan, a person of unsound mind to Ted L. Rankin and Jonilea Rankin, recorded in Volume 832, Page 627, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT 24b: 3.244 acres out of a 171.00 acre tract, more or less, and being a part of the William Mcilvain Survey, A-13, and the William Patton Survey, A-18, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Guardian’s Deed dated November 10, 1977, from Myrtle Felker, Guardian of the Estate of Leila Buchanan, a person of unsound mind to Ted L. Rankin and Jonilea Rankin, recorded in Volume 832, Page 627, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT 24c: 1.115 acres out of a 171.00 acre tract, more or less, and being a part of the William Mcilvain Survey, A-13, and the William Patton Survey, A-18, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Guardian’s Deed dated November 10, 1977, from Myrtle Felker, Guardian of the Estate of Leila Buchanan, a person of unsound mind to Ted L. Rankin and Jonilea Rankin, recorded in Volume 832, Page 627, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas, TRACT 24d: 166.541 acres out of a 171.00 acre tract, more or less, and being a part of the William Mcilvain Survey, A-13, and the William Patton Survey, A-18, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Guardian’s Deed dated November 10, 1977, from Myrtle Felker, Guardian of the Estate of Leila Buchanan, a person of unsound mind to Ted L. If this Citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
