The mineral interests owned by the Defendants are in and under the following tract of land: BRUCE GAS UNIT TRACT 15b: 1.00 acres of land being a part of a 24.44 acre tract, located in the E. Carroll Survey, A-135, Harrison County, Texas; being more particularly described in that certain Partition Deed as Block No. 3, dated March 8, 1939, recorded in Volume 235, Page 602, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT 28: 22.843 acres of land more or less, a part of the Elizabeth Carroll Survey, A-135, and the David Earle Survey, A-235, Harrison County, Texas and being the same land described in that Warranty Deed dated December 6, 1969 from Annie Hobart Frazier to Elizabeth W. Mahon, and recorded in Volume 678, Page 278 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas.
