Thompson, recorded in Volume 158, Page 39, Deed Records, Harrison County, Texas described as follows: BEGINNING at the North West corner of said Marlowe Survey a pine knot brs S 50 W 6-6/10 vrs and a sweet gum brs N 61-1/4 E 1-9/10 vrs both marked X; THENCE South 422 vrs to rock for corner on the West boundary line of said Marlowe Survey; THENCE East 328 vrs to the South West corner of Block No. 2 set aside to Eddie Murphy et al; THENCE North 392 vrs to corner on the North boundary line of said Marlowe Survey; THENCE N 84-3/4 W 329 vrs to the place of beginning. TRACT 9 & 10A: 24.00 acres plus 1 acre of land, more or less, located in the E. Thompson et al to Arthor Williams, recorded in Volume 158, Page 39, Deed Records, Harrison County, Texas. (TRACT 9) Block No. 5 containing 24 acres plus 1 acre set aside to Arthur Williams.
