NOTICE Per Tex. Educ. Code § 11.153 and Tex. Nat. Res. Code Ann. §§ 71.001-71.010, notice is now hereby given that the Marshall Independent School District (“MISD”) has determined it is advisable to lease land belonging to the district for oil and gas mineral development. MISD now provides notice of its intention to lease the land and interests in land owned by the district as described in publicly available Request for Bids # 2025-1. A copy of the Request for Bids 2025-1 can be picked up from the MISD Administration Building during regular school business hours or found online at Marshall ISD’s public website. Questions may be submitted to mitchellck@marshallisd.com. Bids must be properly received by 3:00 p.m., November 7, 2025. Delegees of the Board of Trustees shall unseal and consider properly received bids at 10:00 a.m., November 10th at the MISD Administration Building.
