A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S FIRST AMENDED ORIGINAL PETITION, INJURY/DAMAGE-MOTOR VEHICLE. At approximately 3:48 p.m. on April 4, 2024, Plaintiff was traveling in a 2006 Chevrolet Impala, southbound on South Washington Avenue, legally parked on the shoulder of the roadway, in Marshall, Texas. William Thomas Redmon was operating a 2013 Ford Edge, traveling southbound on South Washington Avenue, approaching Plaintiff’s vehicle, in Marshall, Texas. Suddenly and without warning, William Thomas Redmon failed to control the speed of his vehicle and struck Plaintiff’s vehicle, subjecting Plaintiff to tremendous force. William Thomas Redmon passed away after the date of the collision which is the subject of this lawsuit. An administration has not been taken out on the Estate of William Thomas Redmon, Deceased, and none is necessary. The heirs of William Thomas Redmon, Deceased, other than CHRIS REDMON, BRYN REDMON and TOMMY REDMON are unknown. Upon information and belief, the Estate of William Thomas Redmon, Deceased, has been distributed to his heirs.
