NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids addressed to the City of Tyler, Texas, will be received in the Purchasing Office, 304 North Border, Tyler, Texas 75702, Attention: Purchasing Manager, until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and will be publicly opened immediately afterwards in the City Council Chambers, 212 North Bonner, City Hall, 2nd Floor. Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 26-019 Project Name: 2026 Median Infill Project The project includes: All materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the infilling of garden beds in select medians of Loop 323 and of East Gentry Parkway with stamped and dyed reinforced concrete. Removal of existing garden soil and plant life, and demolition of existing concrete pavement are required for construction of the project. The project requires traffic control, and it includes the relocation or capping of existing water services/meters. Forms of proposal, contract, bonds, insurance, plans, and specifications may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, Water Utilities Administrative Office, 511 West Locust Street, Tyler, Texas, upon deposit of $35.00 per set.
