Broadway, Tyler, Texas, 75702. The case is styled BERNARD BLACK VS. THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SARAH L. DANSBY, DECEASED, ET AL., and the PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION was filed in said Court on December 19, 2025. The Plaintiff is BERNARD BLACK. The attorney for the Plaintiff is Dakota J. Wrinkle, whose address is 1910 Pacific Avenue, STE 8005, Dallas, TX 75201. The nature of the suit of said suit being substantially as follows: The Original Petition for Partition of Real Property is a Suit for Civil, Real Property, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit, the nature of which suit is Plaintiff’s Original Petition being a Partition suit involving the property located at in Gregg County, Texas and being more fully described in Plaintiff’s Original Petition.
