NOTICE OF ORDER FOR DEMOLITION OF SUBSTANDARD STRUCTURE CITY OF WHITEHOUSE, TEXAS Notice is hereby given that, following a public hearing on September 22, 2026, the City Council of the City of Whitehouse, Texas, found the structure at 800 Black Bird Way, Whitehouse, Texas 75791, legally described as Mockingbird Place Unit 1, Lot 1A, to be in violation of the City’s Substandard Building Ordinance and ordered its demolition and removal. The signed order requires demolition and removal to be completed on or before October 23, 2026.
