The successful bidder will be required to register and remain active in SAM government and ensure they are not debarred. Project Description: The project is a one-story, 6,323 square foot pre-engineered building with site work improvements and interior tenant improvement requirements. Interior spaces include locker rooms with toilet and shower facilities, exercise room, offices, classrooms, public toilets and conference room. The project also includes site work and site utilities improvements. Bid and performance bonds are required.
