WARRIOR AKA CARESSA HENDERSON WORRIER, ESTATE OF JOHNETTA HORACE AND THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Plaintiff is seeking Appointment of a Receiver to execute oil, gas and mineral lease, assignment, memorandum of oil and gas lease or other necessary documents relating to the undivided mineral and leasehold interest for the following tracts of land: 99.68 acres of land, more or less, a part of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, being comprised of the following six (6) tracts: TRACT ONE: 26.21 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract Nos. 1A and 1B set aside to Sam R. Moseley in that certain Report of Commissioners approved by Order dated February 18, 1986, filed under Cause No. 37,428 in the 71st Judicial District of Harrison County, Texas, styled Haywood W. Moseley III, et al. vs. Rhodella Lester Henderson, et al., and recorded in Volume 1099, Page 645 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT TWO: 26.21 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract Nos. 2A and 2B set aside to Haywood W. Moseley III in that certain Report of Commissioners approved by Order dated February 18, 1986, filed under Cause No. 37,428 in the 71st Judicial District of Harrison County, styled Haywood W. Moseley III, et al. vs. Rhodella Lester Henderson, et al., and recorded in Volume 1099, Page 645 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT THREE: 26.21 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract No. 3 set aside to Bailey C. Moseley in that certain Report of Commissioners approved by Order dated February 18, 1986, filed under Cause No. 37,428 in the 71st Judicial District of Harrison County, Texas, styled Haywood W. Moseley III, et al. vs. Rhodella Lester Henderson, et al., and recorded in Volume 1099, Page 645 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT FOUR: 1.11 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum Survey, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract No. 4 set aside to Johnetta Horace in that certain Report of Commissioners approved by Order dated February 18, 1986, filed under Cause No. 37,428 in the 71st Judicial District of Harrison County, Texas, styled Haywood W. Moseley III, et al. vs. Rhodella Lester Henderson, et al., and recorded in Volume 1099, Page 645 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT FIVE: 9.97 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract No. 5 set aside to Rhodella Lester Henderson in that certain Report of Commissioners approved by Order dated February 18, 1986, filed under Cause No. 37,428 in the 71st Judicial District of Harrison County, Texas, styled Haywood W. Moseley III, et al., vs. Rhodella Lester Henderson, et al., and recorded in Volume 1099, Page 645 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. TRACT SIX: 9.97 acres of land, more or less, out of the John Chisum, A-3, Harrison County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract No. 6 set aside to Hugh Simmons in that certain Report of Commissioners approved by Order dated February 18, 1986, filed under Cause No. 37,428 in the 71st Judicial District of Harrison County, Texas, styled Haywood W. Moseley III, et al., vs. Rhodella Lester Henderson, et al., and recorded in Volume 1099, Page 645 of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. Petitioner is represented by J. DON WESTBROOK, P.O. BOX 2665, LONGVIEW, TEXAS, 75606. If this Citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
