Alamo Blvd, Marshall, TX 75670, will be received until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 7, 2026 for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the SL-390 Utility Relocations in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by KSA Engineers, Inc. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read. Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with the option to purchase hard copies) at www.civcastusa.com. A prebid meeting for all prospective bidders will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Marshall City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 401 S. Alamo Blvd., Marshall, TX 75670. Products that are composed predominately of steel and/or iron that are permanently incorporated into the utility installation shall be in compliance with the Buy America provisions of 23 CFR 635.410 and Transportation Code, Section 223.045.
